Returns/Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately can not accept returns or provide refunds on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You can always contact us with any questions/concerns at hello@seasidesugarshoppe.com.

In the event that an order has not been packaged yet, any request to cancel an order that was already placed (even immediately after placing the order) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover packaging and processing fees that are paid by the retailer. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and try our hardest to make it right. 

***Please note that texture/flavor of a candy is not a defect. We take pride in the freshness of our candy, and we rotate through stock very quickly. We sometimes notice slight differences in texture from the manufacturer, and we would never send out anything that we deem unacceptable. Therefore, we can not issue a refund if you dislike the texture/flavor of your candy.

***Seaside Sugar Shoppe is not responsible for melted candy upon arrival. Please be mindful of climate when ordering.
