Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the USA.

Order processing time ranges from 3-7 business days (we aim to get your candy out to you as quickly as we possibly can). Orders are then shipped via the method chosen at checkout (USPS Ground Advantage/Priority).

The estimated number of days for delivery given at checkout starts AFTER processing time, once your order has shipped. Choosing Priority shipping does not mean that your order skips the processing line. It means that your order will get to you faster once we ship it.

You will receive tracking information via email when your package ships. Orders are not typically shipped out or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Seaside Sugar Shoppe is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit, and accepts no liability for any missing/stolen orders if the tracking information shows the order as delivered. The customer is responsible for making sure their delivery location is secure.

If you have any concerns, please open up a claim with USPS/UPS. 

All candies have the possibility of melting during warm weather. Seaside Sugar Shoppe does not take responsibility for candy that melts during transit. Please consider purchasing our ice pack/insulated box lining when ordering during warmer weather.

Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address when placing the order. If an order is returned to Seaside Sugar Shoppe due to incorrect address being provided when the order was placed, customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to reship the order.
